🌿 What is distance Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice associated with relaxation and wellbeing. Distance Reiki is practised without the practitioner and recipient needing to be physically together.

People explore Reiki for different personal reasons. Some appreciate having dedicated time to relax and reflect, while others value the opportunity to incorporate a gentle wellbeing practice into their lives.

Experiences vary from person to person, and Reiki should not replace appropriate medical care.

🪷 How does an online Reiki session work?

At The Chi Facility, sessions can be arranged using FaceTime or WhatsApp, depending on your location and preference.

Before your session, we can discuss what you’d like from the experience and agree on a convenient time.

You can then find a comfortable, quiet place where you feel at ease. There’s no need for special equipment or complicated preparation.

During our session, I guide the experience with care and intention, allowing you time to settle and relax.

Afterwards, I provide you with a personalised report reflecting on your session.

Some clients choose a single appointment, while others prefer to arrange sessions over several consecutive days. Your approach can be discussed together, according to your preferences and circumstances.

🌸 Can I receive distance Reiki if I live outside the UK?

Yes! Online appointments make it possible to arrange sessions with clients in different parts of the world, subject to practical arrangements and time-zone differences.

Whether you’re nearby in North London or further afield, we can discuss the most convenient way to connect.

You don’t need previous experience of Reiki to arrange a session.
